Can I sync my old / existing orders from my e-Commerce system into Bizelo?
In a short answer, no. Bizelo is focused on managing your inventory and picking, packing, and shipping orders based on what inventory you have on hand. If you download old orders into Bizelo, then it will try to use your on hand inventory to fulfill those orders. Since you probably imported or synced your inventory based on what you had in stock at the time of the import, trying to add in old orders will rapidly get your inventory out of whack.
Once you have Bizelo IPS configured, all new orders wil automatically get synced into Bizelo and adjust inventory accordingly. But old orders? They won’t get synced.
If you have orders that were in your ecommerce system before you installed Bizelo, but have not yet been fulfilled, and that you want to fulfill with Bizelo, there is a way. Since Bizelo won’t know which old orders in your ecommerce storefront have been fulfilled and which ones haven’t, you will need to add those orders in manually using the Add Order interface. Once you have them in, you can fulfill them as need be. Just realize that you will be fulfilling them from your on hand inventory as setup in the system prior to adding those orders.
