How can I create Pick Lists with Bizelo? Can I pick multiple orders at one time?
Once you’ve received an order, Bizelo IPS will help you process it by prompting you to pick it from your warehouse, pack it, then ship it to your customer. Bizelo IPS makes it convenient by allowing you to complete these steps in batches.
When you are ready to pick your new orders, click on the “Orders” tab then choose “Pick Lists” from the menu on the right. Once there, click the “Create a Pick List” button at the top of the screen. Alternatively, you can choose the “Pick” option that appears to the right of any order thats ready to be picked in your list of orders.
A window will open listing all of your open orders. If an order can be filled with “On Hand Inventory”, you will see an active checkbox to the right of that order . If an order cannot be filled with “On Hand Inventory” the checkbox will be inactive and cannot be clicked. Set the date of the pick at the top of the window, then check off the orders you’d like to pick. For each order, make sure you choose a location to pick that order’s items from using the drop down menu to the left of the checkbox.
As an option, you can pick each item within an order from a different location. Simply click the plus sign to the left of each order or select “Choose a location per item” from the location drop down menu. A list of the order’s items will appear below with their own location selectors.
