How do I Toggle Shipment Notification Emails?
If an order is sent to Bizelo through Shopify, you can easily notify Shopify to trigger shipment notification to your customers.
Although there is an option in Bizelo to send tracking updates to your customers, this option is only available if the order was originated from Shopify. Please remember that Bizelo does not push any type of descriptive data to Shopify, only inventory changes. This means that we cannot push notes out. Bizelo simply triggers Shopify to send the e-mails. You will find the option to turn your Shopify email trigger on or off as you each Shopify order is shipped.
Here is a simple step by step tutorial that explains how to notify your Shopify customers regarding shipping status updates.
1. First, we are going to place a SHOPIFY test order. Now that the order has been placed in Shopify, we can head over to our Bizelo account and select the”Orders” tab. Our test order #1009 is highlighted below.
2. Once the order has been picked and packed, we can finally ship the order where we’ll be able to toggle shipment notifications.
3. Now you’ll have the option to trigger/ notify your Shopify customers regarding shipment updates.
4. Head over to your Shopify account if you’d like to change or update your E-mail notification preferences.
